Our remanufacturing process is one of the most rigorous processes in the industry. We utilize a five step quality inspection process during our remanufacturing process.
The out-of-service equipment is received and the physical condition is assessed, the product is tested for functionality and a factory reset is performed on the device.
A full remanufacture of the out-of-service equipment is completed by a SoTel Certified Quality Technician. Preventative maintenance is performed, common failure points are identified and replaced or repaired.
A full quality inspection is completed by a SoTel Certified Quality Technician to ensure all visual and functional defects have been addressed, replaced and repaired. The technician also verifies the equipment is set to factory default settings or provisioned per work order.
Prior to boxing, the packaging department does a final, visual inspection of the equipment. All items are bagged to prevent static and dust, then placed in standardized packaging. Labels, bar codes and the SoTel Certified label (when applicable) are applied.
Before the package leaves the warehouse, a final, visual inspection takes place on the package itself for consistent standards and to ensure all proper labeling has been completed.
