Adam Goebel – Director of Channel Sales, DistributionAdam joined the company in August 2008, and is responsible for reseller channel development and sales for the entire United States. His day-to-day responsibilities include managing the Regional Channel Manager team, and to assist them with recruitment and on-boarding of our reseller partners. His primary focus is on direct distribution of our IP systems and hardware, as well as SoTel Systems’ SIP services. Alana Eringman – Account ExecutiveAlana joined SoTel Systems in 1992 after receiving her BS in Marketing Management from Southwest Missouri State University. She is responsible for expanding SoTel’s customer base, increasing revenue for the company and providing a quality customer service relationship with the client. Alana’s longevity with the company allows her to bring a vast array of knowledge concerning product versatility and inter-company functions.
