Jim Goebel – President/CEOJim joined SoTel in 1996. He assumed the position of President in 2006, then CEO in July of 2008 after completing a buyout of the company along with his Private Equity investment partners. Heather Huggett – Vice President, Major AccountsHeather began at SoTel in 1991 as a temporary receptionist. Since then, she has become not only a permanent employee, but the top sales representative as well as part-owner. She continues to work on our sales floor as the Nortel product manager. Ben Koeneker – Senior Director, Corporate DevelopmentBenjamin Koeneker joined the company in September 2006 and is responsible for new business and technology partnerships/initiatives. He is currently responsible for the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and evaluation of new and existing partnerships to determine how all components mesh together in both short-term and long-term business planning. Prior to joining SoTel Systems, Ben spent nearly 10 years in various channel and sales positions within the telecommunications industry. Sarah Early – Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Secondary MarketSarah joined the Sotel team in April 1999, after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Indiana University. She moved to the St. Louis office in June 2007 and became the Director of Sales in July 2008.
