Our Executive Team

Jim Goebel
President & CEO
Jim joined the SoTel team in 1996. He was promoted to the role of President in 2006, then CEO in July of 2008 after executing a buyout of the company with his Private Equity investment partners. As managing partner and Chief Executive, he has taken on a re-vamp of the company and its strategic offerings, positioning SoTel to offer the most compelling products and services in the telecommunications industry to its customers, value-added resellers, and strategic partners.
Todd Bromfman
Chief Operating Officer
Todd came on board as Chief Operating Officer with SoTel in 2011. Prior to joining the SoTel team, Todd directed the business development and strategic planning of several finance and technology consulting firms. Todd earned his Master of Business Administration, with a finance and marketing concentration, from Washington University and his Bachelor’s degree from St. Louis University.
Matt Siemens
Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Matt began at SoTel as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in September of 2012. Prior to joining SoTel, Matt worked in executive sales, marketing and corporate development roles for technology and telecommunications service and equipment providers, including Voxitas (now part of Appia), NuVox, Electric Lightwave, Maple Optical, and ShiftWatch. He played key roles in successful private and public fundraising including a successful initial public offering to NASDAQ in 2005. Matt attended California State University, Chico.
Aaron Early
Executive Vice President, Operations
Aaron began as Vice President of Operations for SoTel in early 2012. Aaron brings a wealth of experience from his time spent working 6 years for Bank of America and 8 years with US Airways, Inc. At SoTel, Aaron leads end to end operations including refurbishment production, repair, quality control, warehouse management including receiving, inventory control, order pulling, and shipping departments as well as building maintenance. Aaron earned a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte and has certifications in Total Quality Management and Six Sigma Green Belt with Lean.
Ken Cooke
Vice President, International Operations
Ken joined SoTel in 2016 through the acquisition of Teleswitch Distribution Operations. Teleswitch is a Miami based system integrator and distributor of voice and date equipment since 1993. Ken has been with the organization for more than 20 years and is a former partner. Teleswitch has conducted business in over 100 countries world wide with partnerships in Dubai and Amsterdam.
