Management Team

Ronda joined Sotel Systems in September 2006. She has 25 years in the Telecom Industry. She spent the last 10 years in distribution and channel management.

I joined the Sotel Team in October of 2004 as a refurb tech. In April of 2007 I was promoted to our shipping & logistics department in St.Louis. On my time off I enjoy spending time with my two boys and fiancé. I also enjoy watching sports and playing basketball.

Michelle joined Sotel Systems in September 2003. Michelle is responsible for inventory planning, inventory replenishment, implementation and use of warehouse inventory management systems; ensure that the system and programs are sufficient to meet company’s inventory needs. Independently develops strategies and tactics for improving operation efficiencies while improving service levels and reducing inventory as well as operation costs.

I joined Sotel in February 1997 in the receiving department. I was promoted to warehouse manager in April of 2006 and as of December 2006 my duties also include managing our repair and test department. I am a diehard St. Louis sports fan and a big NASCAR fan as well.
