Sotel Systems is a certified small business begun in 1992, specializing in unused and refurbished Nortel and Aastra telecommunications equipment. If there is a hardware need, we can help. Sotel Systems stocks everything on the voice side from phone sets and peripheral components to complete key systems and switches. We have a 30,000sq. ft. warehouse with over 3.5 million dollars worth of in stock inventory. Since getting our GSA contract back in August of 2002 we have worked with several GSA regions, State and Federal agencies, and military bases both domestic and abroad. In 2004 we were ranked in the top 250 of all GSA IT vendors.

Over each of the past five years, Sotel Systems has been fortunate enough to experience double digit sales increases. While many of our competitors have floundered, we have grown. Our organization prides itself on exemplary customer service. This is evident in the fact that we scored a 95% out of 100 for performance and an overall 100% reliability rating by Dun and Bradstreet . By having such a large inventory at our disposal, delivery times for most orders are within the same week. Repairs to our customers existing equipment can also be done if requested.
